Characters In A Comic Book

Marvel Characters

Hollywood decided long ago that the best way to making more money was to get into the creation of book characters or comic book characters into blockbuster movies. Many of the comic book characters have come from DC comics and off course Marvel comics. The big stars in the DC comics that have become big would be Superman and the Dark Knight who is Batman.

Marvel characters that have been made into movies are probably more like the Ghost Rider, Electra, Daredevil, the Incredible Hulk, the Fantastic Four, Blade and the X-Men. Other notable characters from the comic books that have also been made into movies would include the Punisher and Captain America, however they are still other characters that haven't yet been made into movies but will soon be.

Marvel Characters that will soon become movies, are superhero characters like the Avengers, which include Captain America, Giant Man also called Pym, Iron man, the wasp and many more which includes General Fury. Other new characters are also coming out of the woodwork such as Scarlet Witch, the Sasquatch and many more that will probably be made into movie characters. Marvel Characters don't only include the good guys there are also villains that we subject with certain superheroes, such as if you see Dr. Doom you expect to see the Fantastic Four or sometimes Spiderman. If you see the green goblin then you will definitely see Spiderman and the X-Men they get to fight other mutants like them who are bad and are usually led by Magneto.

In what issue did Loki reveal the "secret of the universe" to Deadpool?
I'm doing a bit of research on Deadpool and the idea of the "fourth wall," and I've seen in multiple places that it was Loki who revealed to Deadpool that he was a character in a comic book. I've seen references to this "secret of the universe" all over the place, but haven't been able to find any information on what issue this actually took place. Does anyone have the right issue of this, or happen to know when Loki told this to Deadpool?

What does breaking the fourth wall mean to comics?
"Breaking the fourth wall" is when a character in a comic book is aware of his place as a comic book character, and speaks to the audience. A few examples of this are Deadpool's frequent metafictional references, or some of Sonic the Hedgehog's jokes referring to his video games. While breaking the fourth wall is a technique that has been around since the Greek tragedies, few have really put thought into what it actually means to the world of comics when a character breaks the fourth wall. Are the characters trying to validate their own world by linking it to ours? Are the authors and artists trying to make their characters more approachable? What does it mean when you admit that you're only a comic character in a book, and not even real? Is it even possible to acknowledge your own non-existence? Or does this very acknowledgment of non-existence verify existence? I understand what breaking the fourth wall *is*, but now, what does it *mean*?
