Batman Friends and Foes Superhero Party
The world s preoccupation with superheroes, such as Batman, Spiderman, Superwoman, and the present popular X-Men is one that has existed for many years. People like the idea of someone dedicating their life to saving the world. Many superheroes have their origin in comic books. Batman is one such superhero. Developed in 1939 by Bill Finger as a detective comic strip, Batman has the ability to fly and has an arsenal of tools. Although Batman started as a vicious killer in his comic strip, he would later become the mild-mannered superhero who usually handed criminals over to the Gotham City police department. Choosing to have a party themed after Batman is a good idea for people of any age. Whether it is a birthday party or a general celebration, a Batman party is appropriate for any age and gender. One popular idea is to have a Batman Friend or Foe costume party. The party attendees can all show up in a costume of their favorite Batman friend or foe. You can be creative with ideas for the invitations. Something such as Batman Friend or Foe. Which are you? is a good start. You can create your own Batman party invitations using a computer and printer. There is plenty of freeware clip art and designs on the Internet. You can purchase a pack of 100 sheets of invitations and envelopes at most superstores or business stores. The invitations are just to announce the party and generate interest. You have to also set the scene so when your guests arrive they will be excited. Darkness is characteristic of Batman. The party should ideally take place at night, but for young children a daytime Batman friend or foe party is fine. Having a Batman spotlight is something you can buy for as little as $50. However, expect uninvited guests to show up to your party. Stream plenty of purchased or handmade paper bats throughout the party venue. Load the three Batman movie soundtracks into a CD player and you re ready to get your party started.
