Young Frankenstein, the wickedly hilarious re-production of Mary Shelley's classic, by the comic genius, Mel Brooks, was a big-time hit when it went on cinema halls in 1974. Most people still remember the rocking scene in the movie in which the monster performs the hilarious track from Irving Berlin, "Puttin' on the Ritz"! Mel Brooks has managed to acquire the rights for the track from Irving Berlin, and the song still remains the center of attraction in the Young Frankenstein Musical, along with other hit tracks of the movie, including "The Transylvania Mania" and "He Was My Boyfriend".
